WASP Study Trip to the North of the UK

Last week, I joined a WASP study trip to the north of the UK together with other PhD students from the WASP programme. Over the course of the week, we visited several universities and research environments working across AI, robotics, visualization, and related fields.

The trip included lab visits, poster sessions, and research presentations, offering many opportunities to share my own work, learn about ongoing research, and discuss possible connections across disciplines. I especially appreciated the conversations around how different research traditions approach technology, design, and society.
